Who am I?
Do you know who you are? Is this something that has come up in your therapeutic work? This is such an important piece to building a solid foundation of self-esteem, confidence, effective communication, and gaining the ability to sustain healthy relationships. Remember, where ever you go, you are taking yourself with you. Having a solid sense of self is extremely important to show up as the best version of yourself.
Below are some questions to ask yourself to continue on your journey to a greater self-awareness.
